Windy City Flyers Featured in the Chicago Tribune“Put mom in the pilot’s seat with a private flight lesson from Windy City Flyers, a professional aviation academy. During its introductory Discovery Flight package, mom can fly the Chicago skyline with a certified flight instructor — zooming past landmarks such as Wrigley Field, Navy Pier and Northerly Island. And the level of intensity is up to her: She can sit back and enjoy the ride or get into all the finer flying details.

The Discovery Flight package is $180 for each hour in the air and covers all pre- and post- flight activities. The price also includes up to two guests. Call to make a reservation or buy a gift certificate (does not expire and is transferable). A one-hour flight will take about two hours with preparation time. Hours vary, but flights are available every day (weather permitting).”  Click here for the article.
